• In-stock Items: Will be dispatched within three business days.
• Customized Items: Please allow a production time of 4-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we craft your unique piece. We offer reasonable paid repairs and cleaning services. Kindly note the importance of regular jewelry maintenance, especially for pieces with embedded gemstones. We recommend minimizing collisions for pieces with inset gemstones.

Return Policy:

• Handcrafted custom orders may have slight imperfections, which are considered part of their uniqueness. We do not accept returns or exchanges after payment unless there is a quality issue.
• Ready to order pieces can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item due to sizing issues. Returns will be converted into store credits, valid for six months.

Shipping Policy:

• Packages are shipped via DHL, UPS, or CORREO. The shipping time is determined by the chosen courier. You will receive specific tracking details via email before dispatch. While yanninoexist is not responsible for lost packages, we will make every effort to assist you in finding a solution. Please note that international orders may be subject to customer responsibilities and potential taxes.
